Logos and symbols

Use the supplied RoundTab symbol files. Do not copy older profile images, trace a logo from a screenshot or substitute a generated version. Preserve proportions and use the appropriate light or dark treatment for the background.

Illustrations

Use the Lantern Yard illustrations as creative references for warm editorial scenes, textured paper and natural hospitality. The venue, people and menu are fictional. Keep conceptual menu displays distinct from actual product screenshots.

Do not present an illustration as a customer endorsement, a real venue photograph or proof of a product feature. Keep an “Illustrative concept · Sample venue” label with scenes containing fictional menus, either in the artwork or in a clearly associated caption.

Use the supplied image at a suitable resolution. Avoid crops that remove the central interaction, headline or context. Keep logos and headline text editable when preparing reusable campaign layouts.

Photography and customer stories

Obtain permission before using a real venue’s name, photographs, identifiable people or quotations. Keep testimonials accurate and attributed. A stock photograph must not stand in for a named customer.

Fonts and icons

Use the specified typefaces with suitable fallbacks. Retain any required licence and attribution notices when sharing font or icon files. Referencing a font available on a device is different from distributing its files.

The supplied Inter 4.1 web font is distributed with its SIL Open Font License. Keep the licence with any redistributed font files. Font Awesome has different terms for icon artwork, font files and software. Check the licence for the particular material being used rather than assuming all formats have the same terms.

Music and other third-party material

Choose material licensed for its intended use. Organic posts, paid advertising and cross-platform video may require different permissions. Do not assume that music available inside one platform can be exported and used elsewhere.

Keep a record of the original source, permission or licence for material used in published work. Public visibility alone does not grant reuse rights.

Lucide line icons are used in the product. Keep their licence notices when sharing icon files; some inherited Feather icons have an additional notice. See the Lucide licence for the terms. Do not substitute a mixed collection of unrelated icon styles.
